So you are considering Chamber membership and you are wondering what your return on investment might be. First of all, there are many reasons to join the Chamber of Commerce. One of the reasons to join is because it's the "right thing to do" to visibly show your business' support for the community. Some join to network with other businesses to give and get referrals through each others referral base. Others join for the marketing opportunities to the vast audiences we touch, such as vacationers, relocation, college students, local population, etc., or some join for all of the above.

While some of these are tangible means of measuring your return on investment, such as how many hits your online business listing, job postings or coupon receives, most of what the Chamber does is an intangible, not seen, benefit. For example, did you know 40,000+ visitors come through our tourist information center per year? That's 40,000 people that can pick up your brochure on our brochure rack (free only to members), We also receive 5,000 plus calls strictly from Explore Minnesota for those visiting our area, they are able to receive information on what our members have to offer during their visit.
