Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

• One Day option $100 includes materials, sweater, transportation and reception
• Suggested attire: Black slacks and white shirt with the Bemidji Capitol sweaters.

6:00 AM: Bemidji Buslines Motor coach Depart Chamber/Bemidji Tourist Information Center complete with Dunn Bros coffee & water and Raphael’s pastries.

10:30 AM: Arrive at Capitol; Set up displays in Great Hall (staffed displays)

10:45 AM: Great Hall Hospitality Room – gather and regroup

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Lobby team visits and scheduled appointments (Invite Legislators to visit groups in the Great Hall); Lunch on your own

12:00 - 1:00 PM: Address in Great Hall with Legislator to be announced; Optional Tour of Capitol (on your own)

4:00 PM: Legislative briefings and wrap up day Great Hall

4:10 PM: All Group Photo - Front steps of Capitol or Rotunda

4:30 PM: Reception at Kelly Inn

6:00 PM: Bus Departs for Bemidji

11:00 PM: Bus Arrives Bemidji

Wednesday, February 21st

• Two day option $75 includes materials, sweater and reception
• Lodging and transportation on your own

8:00 AM: Legislative Breakfast- possible speakers: Governor Pawlenty, Senate Majority Leader Pogemiller, Speaker of the House, Minority Leader, Rep. Moe and Howes and Senator Olson

10:00 AM: Lobby Visits on your own
